James serves as a senior advisory consultant to Primocap on M&A engagements. He spent 22 years in corporate development and middle-market investment banking before transitioning to independent advisory work in 2022. James has advised on over 40 buy-side and sell-side transactions across professional services, light industrials, and distribution. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Priya advises Primocap clients on seed and angel round structuring, term sheet negotiation, and investor preparation. She previously worked in venture capital operations and founder support at a Bay Area early-stage fund. Priya holds a B.S. in Economics from Stanford University.
