Marcus founded Primocap Inc in March 2026 to provide boutique capital advisory services to emerging businesses in California's Central Valley and greater Bay Area corridor. He has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years. His experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at a regional bank, where he led M&A advisory and capital markets initiatives. Marcus received a B.S. in Finance from UC Davis and an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
Director, Capital Advisory
Elena joined Primocap at its founding as Director of Capital Advisory. Her experience includes 12 years in structured finance and commercial lending, most recently leading SBA and commercial loan programs at a Sacramento-based credit union. She specializes in debt structuring, SBA loan preparation, and lender relationship management for small and mid-market businesses. Elena earned her B.A. in Economics from California State University, Sacramento.
